Contacting their technical support was not much help. Poor communication and difficultly getting questions answered was a problem. Hands on help and experience is a real plus. DVR stopped working within 12 months support is all AI and a multiple task to go through. used email support and then got another AI response. issue still not resolved. spent over $2500 for extra cables and labor to install. I haven’t fine tuned it yet, but so far it’s working out great and the picture quality is sharp. It was a bit of a PITA to run the wires, but I am a perfectionist so I made sure that none of my wires are visible. All in all, I would recommend this brand/kit.
