    • Decent but not as much distance as you would think as advitised
These batteries go about 6 miles distance on 3rd gear with no peddling, and about 9 miles distance in 2nd gear with no peddling and I think about 12 miles in 1st gear, so I'm guessing the 18 mile advitised is with some peddling... I had to get 2 extra batteries because I travel on it alot, they aren't too big or heavy which is good... ... show more

    • Bought 2 and 1 of them failed at 4 months with only 4 uses.
After only 4 uses one is fine but the other one says 41.5V when you turn on the bike and then immediately the bike turns back off as it can't even handle the load of turning the diplay on. Doesn't matter which charger I use (have 2 bikes always used at the same time) the charger green light stays on saying it is fully charged. Defective junk! 1 of the 2 original batteries for the bikes will only go about 5 miles while the other will go about 10. They originally would carry an 89 lb woman and 120 lb man over 15 miles on low speed. They are not using quality cells. The originals have about 250 miles on them. The piece of tape they put across the battery end that says warranty void if broken gets broken right away from just putting it in the bike so the 90 day warranty is like a scam. ... show more

    • Increased range and backup option
Extends the range of electric availability to 35 to 40 miles. I added a utility rack to my ebike and keep the spare battery, air pump, lock and other extras in a small backpack secured to the rack. The rack doesn't hinder folding the bike for transport or storage.
