After shopping around for my first adjustable frame, I decided to pay a bit more for a Sven and Son due to the abundance of positive reviews regarding their warranty and customer service. Six months in, I can tell you the only mechanical issue I’ve had so far was completely my fault. The placement of my wall out is at the exact height of the mattress, and I bent the plug out shape after pushing the bed back too close to the wall. Contacting support was completely painless, and even after I explained that the damage was my fault, they promptly sent me a replacement part free of charge. Obviously, 6 months is not enough time to review build quality, but the 2 interactions with their support team I’ve had so far have been great. ... show more

Addicted to my bed!!! It provides just the right adjustable pain relief for my back. After two days of use one of the head motors quit. With troubleshooting we realized it was the motor. Contacted cs and a new motor arrived shortly. Very happy with purchase.

Mattress has the perfect plushness. Your hand sinks in when you press on it. It doesn't get overly hot while sleeping. The frame was easy to set up with 2 people. I was planning on doing it myself but there's no way I would have been able to do it without breaking something. The massage is more like a slight vibration than a massage. I docked a star for the Bluetooth connection. Every time you open the app you have to rescan the qr code in the manual in order to connect to the bed. The app is supposed to be more convenient than grabbing the remote but if you have to grab the book every time then it is kind of useless. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. I had no problem getting this in the house and in my bedroom. I took it out of the box, put the feet on and had a friend help me flip it over. I plugged it in and it works great. Motor is not too loud. Lumbar bar works great. I have been using for a few weeks and have had no problems with any of the motors. The massage motor is strong and works great. I was kinda scared to order a bed online without trying the mattress at the store like normal. I researched so many different beds that were all the way up to 10 grand. Only problem we had was with the shipping which was not the company's fault it was the freight people that messed up. Customer service was very very friendly. Assembly was easy but fyi the boxes were extremely heavy and will need to strong men to carry this in the house! We got the plush 14 inches mattress and I could have asked for a better bed!!
