Most spray bottles will not hold up to brake cleaner or strong chemicals. Sur Shot will. Save money, buy brake cleaner by the gallon and spray it with a Sur Shot. A little pricier than some but much better quality and will hold up for years. Worth the extra expense.

    • A tool everyone needs
A great tool but the only problem I had with it was it was clogged after the second day I went to use it. It seemed there is a plug or restrictor in the head that I guess broke down when I used brake cleaner in it. Which clogged the nozzle. After cleaning this out I have not had any problems but this was annoying when I couldn't originally figure out what was going on. Since clearing it it works flawlessly. ... show more

Ashamed that in 40 years of wrenching on thing I finally got one of these sprayers. They work as advertised. Using Brakleen I did as others and removed the nozzle. Sprays a good solid stream, only regret is I didn't get one 40 years ago!

Paid the big bucks for this name brand product. I use it for spraying lacquer thinner. The trigger sticks open most of the time. I have to be very careful. Might try the China made ones next time.

Works great for cleaning solvents. Took the tip insert out, comes out in a nice stream, just wish it was a little more coarse stream.

Quite disappointed in this product. I had one from yours earlier, was stainless steel, this one just coated steel. The earlier, and had two nozzles, this one has a two-part nozzle, already miss placed the missing part. The little rubber fill protector, went missing on the first day, or the other one was a screw on protector. It is too bad, they didn’t continue with the high quality they had years ago ... show more
