I bought a set of these hearing aids for my 87 year old mother. To start with, the feedback and the screaming in these things were almost uncontrollable. The lowest volume setting was still too loud for her. Thinking customer service might be able to give me some tips, I called and was on hold for about 10 minutes when a recording came on and asked me to leave my number and someone would call me back. 48 hours later I still hadn't heard back from customer service. I'm not pleased with them and my mother certainly wasn't so we are in the process of returning them. Trying new Vivtone CIC in the ear Supermini hearing aids. I have never used this type of hearing aid before, and it is a new experience for me. The hearing aids seem to be a quality product and are working. The are user friendly and easy to adjust while in the ear. The wireless charging works well. They are taking a while to get adjusted to the best setting for me, but the manufacturer support tells me that is normal for a new type of hearing aid. ... show more
