  • Does not fit 2021 XP1000 without adapter
Doesn’t leak and keeps my RZR cool. As other reviews say, it did not fit my 2021 RZR XP1000 without an adapter bracket for the mounting points on the bottom of the radiator. They need to be spaced about 1” rearward otherwise the end tanks run on the chassis tubes at the front of the machine. It will work but be aware you’ll need to make a bracket. ... show more

  • Replacement for damaged radiator for my Polaris RZR.
This radiator is well made and has worked very well in my off road travels.

  • A great replacement for the weak factory radiator
This is a much better quality and functional radiator than the factory unit. There is some modifications to be made and make sure you get the brackets with the radiator. Without them it will not fit. The instructions are okay and the instillation went smoothly. I installed grizztek guards to further prevent a stick puncturing the radiator again. We just returned from a trip to Salmon Idaho and the unit ran much cooler than before. Thanks for a great solution to a factory problem. ... show more

  • Fitment issue. If you make a custom bracket it will work
Works great need to do a little fabrication for the XP 1000 with the brackets super ATV could make a alternative bracket to fix the issue other than that radiator works great

  • Need to offset bottom mount
Radiator looks well made. Did have to make an adapter to offset because thicker radiator interferes with the frame. Saw an example in another review. The local hardware store did not have aluminum flat stock, but my wife of 47 years spotted a 2' aluminum scale that did the trick. Will be starting up and testing shortly. Oh yah, this is a 2017 RZR XP 1000. So far so good. Ran up to 180 degrees, the thermostat opened, the radiator warmed up. Seems okay. ... show more

  • Raditor fan runs a bit longer but comes on less.
Great product works well. Down side is the bottom brackets dont work well with this thicker radiator. Adapters would have made this install better. You will need to gring some gussets to get the radiator 8n so it worn get punctured. Bottom adaptors would probably eliminate this cutting, grinding. Other than that the radiator is a great buy. ... show more

  • Enlarge holes on fan housing.
Great looking radiator for half the price of OEM. Fit my 2016 Polaris General great. 1 minor modification is to enlarge a couple holes on the fan housing. I test fit after using a dremmel on the bench. Had to install radiator first then slid in fan housing. If you have winch option clearance may be an issue but not sure yet. Overall very happy. ... show more

  • Radiator fitment.
Great radiator but like I've seen from other people the fitment issue. I put this in my 2018 general and had to modify the fan to get it to fit the radiator correctly. Besides that no issues what so ever.
