My kids love beading and this set is right up their alley. I would say $49 is pretty expensive, but the array of beads are lovely and unique. I have bought $20-35 sets that are way less impressive.

The gift was extremely well received but by the time 2 necklaces were made - using up all the beautiful crystal beads & dangles, we had a very few, very ordinary beads remaining. And of course the elastic broke sending beads all over. I can buy semi-precious beads in Norwalk for the same cost. This kit shoudl be 40% less . If you are looking for presentation and oos and ahs, then this is for you. If you are looking for more than a 45 minute one time project, not so much. ... show more
