I received this article, and it was incomplete. I contact the seller and ask about the missing parts and the answer that I got was Did you checked well? They won't send you the parts you need and they won't solve your problem either. Don't bother buying something that you won't get in full. This stand is pretty quick and easy to put together and can be moved by one person once put together, but the ends will drag. Very easy to move with two people.. The downside is that the bag ripped the first time I was putting the stand back in it! Kinda defeats the purpose of it being portable. Luckily for me, we mainly wanted it for our back patio, so the fact that the bag is gone isn't too big of a deal, but it's definitely a big bummer. Other than that, it's pretty sturdy and I like that I can use my regular (tree) hammock on it without it snagging. ... show more

We’ve had the hammock for a few years but no where to hang it. The stand works great. Easy to put together. Only issue was there were no directions provided so had to figure out assembly myself. Was not to difficult though.

Nice product, but... I was lucky that I could go back on Amazon to figure out how to assemble it since I didn't get instructions. Also I didn't receive the portable bag.

Not good quality period came with rust in the weirdest places period makes me think it might have been a returned product from before? The hammock doesn't fit properly (no extra straps - just the ones that came attached to my hammock). I have to have one hook on the inside and one hook on the outside. Assembling it is not easy for one person. You have to rest the metal pieces on your shoulder while you lift it up off the ground to be able to put the screw knobs in to connect the poles. Definitely pass on getting this model. There are better ones out there. ... show more

Quick easy set up.... no instructions needed even though it came with some. Also came with a nice back to travel with if needed. I love it. I'm laying in it with a margarita as I type this!
