  • Replace your old and worn-out awning with Sun-Wave brand awning fabric! Our fabric combines Style, Durability, Price, Warranty and Service. Premium Quality RV Awning Fabric is compatible with all major awning brands.
  • Canopy is made of durable 15 oz vinyl. Weather-Guard is made of heavy duty 16 oz vinyl. Canopy and Weather-Guard are bonded together by HF heat welding. This construction has the fabric lasting much longer than one piece. Canopy is color coated on both sides. Valance has a straight edge. The design gives the fabric a pretty and clean look.
  • The fabric comes completely finished with hemmed edges and cord sewn in. To make the installation smooth and easy, an Installation Tool and a new Pull Strap are included in the package.
  • All materials are flame retardant. No cracking below frozen point. Fabric can be cleaned by regular soap and clean water.

Description

This brand new vinyl replacement fabric is compatible with all major awning brands that are manually operated without a metal cover. The fabric is made of durable 15oz vinyl with a 16oz vinyl weather shield heat welded onto the main vinyl. Colored on both sides, it will be visually appealing from all angles. Our SunWave brand awning comes ready to install with 1/4" poly cord for the rail, and 3/16" poly cord for the roller tube. You will want to order according to your awning size by taking a center of arm to center of arm measurement. Your fabric will come in measuring 9-10" shorter than the center of arm to center of arm measurement. This product comes with a 3 year limited warranty on material and shipping. We also offer a 30 day return policy. Returned items must be in original condition/packaging with original invoice included.

    • Great awning with a few minor things
I generally don't write reviews but will make an exception in this case. Shipping was quick. The material is thinner then the stock one not by much but a noticeable difference. Putting it up wasn't too bad.... now with that said... was disappointed to discover that the new awning was about 6 inches shorter (trailer to front of awning) then the old one because the end cap did not line up like the old did even though I marked it and put back exactly as before so I had to remove the end cap and re position it. But also the old awning had two plastic ropes that slid the awning into the tube ie the awning fabric is on top of the tube. This new one only had one... the second was all by itself and the instructions stated to slide the awning in the groove first then slide the plastic rope over the top of the awning fabric inside the grove to lock it into place.... would have been easier if it would have had both ropes attached to the awning. ... overall I am happy with the awning and well worth the price. .. 181 vs 800 from the rv place...... ... show more

    • Good for our use
It only took a day to get the old awning off, everything cleaned, and this awning on, I will say it pays to read reviews, and using WD40, and mystery oil to lubricate the rails really helped. The only glitch is my husband installed it upside down. But he was so tired we left it as is and it looks good. And as we live in Oregon, USA, it rains a lot and it's nice to be dry again. ... show more

    • Important install info
I wish there was more info in the description or pictures that tell you the awning is sort of a universal fit. So the second pinch cord is one you install your self and it’s a real PITA. Getting the fabric even and tight while someone else try’s to push the cord in isn’t fun or easy. This awning fabric cannot be installed by 1 person. It’s on and done but I wouldn’t do this type again. I’d buy the one with all 3 cords already sewn in. ... show more

    • Great Value and easy to install
The price can't be beat. I finally installed the awning fabric and it was easy to do if you prep everything in advance. My only concern was the thickness of the material. I would have liked for it to be a little thicker. Other than that, I am very pleased with this product.

    • Good deal for the price
Wasn’t hard to install, just make sure you spread it all out in the sun to get the folds out and flat. Take your time and use silicone spray in the tubes that the plastic chord goes through. It def takes two people to install or you will rip it. Looks great and works perfectly
