The media could not be loaded. Let me start by stating I live in Southern California 5 mins from the beach so my experience will not be similar to those who live in other climates. Living by the coast and on a hill top it can be fairly breezy and this so far has withstood the wind of 5-20mph at times. Our first day of installing we did not put the bug nets on because we just wanted the fabric to expand . Thankfully that helped with the ease of attaching the nets the next day. If it seems as though it does not fit slowly pull in the legs and continue to shift and adjust the netting and it will eventually line up. One complaint I do have is this does not come with instructions so we had to Google them up. The purpose of our canopy is temporary use for the warmer weather to help protect our 12×12 pool. The hexagon size actually expands a couple of feet out further so it was a perfect size for our pool. To install took 4 people . My partner is 6'5 so he did most of the work since I am only 4'10 . We did the canopy part first and then installed the pool inside before adding the bug nets. This is a perfect staple to our pool area and the hight can still be adjusted. We will be adding lights soon. I did share both a video and photo to show the netting because I was unsure if it would be good quality ... show more

    • Not well built
We just set up our new SUNTIME Gazebo. We had to put it together three times. The first time we found the center post was not even attached to the center support and could not be used, we took it apart and found the screws that were not holding anything. The second time we found the holes and attached it to the center only to find the hole were drilled in the wrong place so the clips did not line up to the post to clip in, we took it apart again. The third time we had to re-drill the holes in the right place and put it all back together and it went up much better. This is still a monster to put up with only two people. Buy only if you have at least 3-4 people to help you put it up. We live 2 hours away from a return center for UPS so it was worth our while to take this apart and fix it to work, if you don't have problem solving skills I'd think three times before going through what we had to to get this to work right. We had a problem with it collapsing so they sent a new one. It is very big and pretty easy to assemble. I wish the piece that holds the tent up was metal and not plastic, but it seems fine. Customer service was great. We just asked for a new part and they replaced the entire item.

This is very large and nice gazebo. We carry it in our RV and love the storage bag. The frame seems to be well built and the extension leg locks are unique and easy. No pinching here. Our first one came damage by shipping and the seller worked with us to send out a new one. Thank you for your patience on replacing the damaged one, Suntime. ... show more

Some of the leg fittings kept slipping past the set holes. I had to put clamps on the legs to keep them from falling down. Pretty sturdy and easy to assemble. Does NOT come with side wall covers, just the mesh screen.

I'm sure if you intend for this to be in the yard, this is fine. However, to go over a deck, there was a bit of trickery needed. For the most part I really do believe that it's sufficient for what I need. I do know that the screen that came with it is not the same as the pictures for the hexagonal gazebo but it's the color of the solar version. UPDATE... Not sturdy. It was fine Tuesday night when I went to bed however, Wednesday morning brought about true destruction. I was prepared for it to rain but not snow. ... show more

This was the easiest thing to put up. 1 person can pretty much do it themselves, but a breeze with 2 people. Goes up in no time and same for coming down. It did leak a bit of rain, but we will spray and try again. I love the different height settings available and the screen is easy to use as well.
