We had a power outage and afterward the remote wouldn't control the lamp. I contacted the seller and they were amazing! Gave me a few things to try to rematch the lamp and the remote. When that didn't work they sent out to me a new light bulb and a new remote. The lamp and remote both work perfectly. I contacted them via email and they were very responsive. Exactly as described and just like the pictures. This lamp is really cute and I got it to go in my bedroom so I prefer the lowest light setting, the other two work as well (it is just a 3 way bulb, nothing about the lamp itself controls the lighting mode, you just pull the cord each time to change it or turn it off.) The cord hangs through the middle of the lamp, this will be an easy fix with some zip ties and cable management ties were included in the packaging. For the price it would be nice to have something built in for this though. Overall I am glad I got it and delivery was super quick, same day! ... show more

it's actually pretty sturdy! incredibly easy to put together, can do it without instructions if you really wanted to. not as bright as I was hoping for, but I did use the bulb that came with the lamp, so it might do better with a stronger bulb from somewhere else. also, I got the "rustic brown" option and it did not come with a remote. either I'm missing it or it only comes with other versions. regardless, this is a great lamp if you're looking to give yourself a little bit more organization/display space! I currently have a ceramic sculpture and a few other trinkets on mine! I trust the lamp enough not to wobble too much and cause my stuff to fall off ... show more
