It’s perfect for our entry way! We bought the house 2 years ago and there was an ugly old fountain in the corner with a plastic bag as the liner. I can’t believe I didn’t replace it sooner! This fountain is beautiful and I think it’s really quiet compared to most. I saw reviews of people complaining it’s loud, but it’s not. I did notice when it is low on water it does get louder, so maybe they didn’t have enough water in it. We started it out with 4 gallons of water and it took a week for the water to evaporate enough to where I noticed a noise, so I just added more water until it got quiet again. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love how it cascades. Its nice and quiet due to little pads inside the pots, most of the noise is from the water pouring into the pump chamber.

Fountain matches our southwest decor perfectly and looks nice in the corner of the yard. The downfall is the lights. None of them work and they were a key feature of the fountain. It added a lot of charm and ambience to the yard at night along with my fairy lanterns. To date, have not been able to locate LED light replacements for the fountain. The fountain is 7 mo. old. My last fountain had tube lights that lasted for years before needing to be replaced. ... show more

First of all, I did a whole lot of research and finding the right one for our house. I wanted some thing indoors and a lot of the ones that I looked at some of the reviews said that they leaked and better for outdoor use. I love the detail on this and the sound! Putting it together was a piece of cake! But what I really want to comment about is the customer service! I made my decision on 12/16 and it said delivery anytime between 12/22 - 27th. I contacted them and explain that this is a Christmas present and they kept in contact with me the whole time and it got delivered on 12/20!!! Not only was the seller amazing, but this water feature is too! The colors, detail, sound, ease of assembly, definitely happy with this purchase!! The fountain was full of dirt. The tube was stuck together with a sticky substance. The pump does not work at all. I contacted the seller. Hopefully they will make it right. As of now I do not recommend buying from this company. This was a time sensitive item for our new business and now I have to wait for a response and either send this one back, which is a huge hassle and time off work and/or order another pricey fountain from another company and be out twice as much money. ... show more

I purchased in November 2022, and 2 lights have already went out. Also, its a bit hard to gage how much water to put in it. It splashes alot even with adjustments. I still love it, but I'm waiting on the manufacturer to advise how to replace the lights if possible.
