First of all, I did a whole lot of research and finding the right one for our house. I wanted some thing indoors and a lot of the ones that I looked at some of the reviews said that they leaked and better for outdoor use. I love the detail on this and the sound! Putting it together was a piece of cake! But what I really want to comment about is the customer service! I made my decision on 12/16 and it said delivery anytime between 12/22 - 27th. I contacted them and explain that this is a Christmas present and they kept in contact with me the whole time and it got delivered on 12/20!!! Not only was the seller amazing, but this water feature is too! The colors, detail, sound, ease of assembly, definitely happy with this purchase!! It’s perfect for our entry way! We bought the house 2 years ago and there was an ugly old fountain in the corner with a plastic bag as the liner. I can’t believe I didn’t replace it sooner! This fountain is beautiful and I think it’s really quiet compared to most. I saw reviews of people complaining it’s loud, but it’s not. I did notice when it is low on water it does get louder, so maybe they didn’t have enough water in it. We started it out with 4 gallons of water and it took a week for the water to evaporate enough to where I noticed a noise, so I just added more water until it got quiet again. ... show more

The only thing is that it tends to spout water from the top to the floor, so I have to take it out of the living room as my floor it's going to get messed up. I absolutely love this fountain. It is everything I expected and adds such beauty and relaxation to our front flower bed. I've had it about two months now & I had to reach out to the seller because it kept running out of water but we couldn't find a leak anywhere. We would add more water but before the end of the day it would be gone again so the fountain would stop working. We knew the water would evaporate to some degree but never imagined it would dry the entire fountain out but after moving it to our front porch which is more shaded (on the suggestion of the seller) that seems to have alleviated that issue so just keep in mind it is best to be in a shaded area unless you have time to fill it multiple times a day during the hot summer months. Also I recommend getting the drops to help minimize algae as recommended as well. I feel like this is a great fountain for the price. ... show more

I've always wanted a fountain in my backyard to add some elegance and sound ambiance to my space. I looked into other fountains and found them to be very tiny for the affordable ones and very expensive for the larger ones. I am very happy with this fountain, as it is tall, beautiful, and easy to set up and maintain. Set up took about 20 minutes from start to finish and then all I had to do was plug it in and enjoy it. I've read other reviews where people stated that the pump was loud, however, mine is very quiet and I can't hear the motor at all over the trickling stream. Everyone who comes over to our house says that they love the fountain and I have enjoyed the relaxing and soothing sound that the water makes. I highly recommend this fountain to anyone looking to add some style to their yard, without having to break the bank. ... show more

    • Pump failed after 3 months and apparently is not replaceable

We purchased two of these fountains in August this year and one of the fountains had its pump stop working already, but it is past the return date for replacement. Also, the pump is sealed into the resin on the bottom, so cannot be removed to replace. This seems like a bad design, and extremely short life on the pump (3 months). This product is good looking, but unreliable and apparently cannot be easily repaired, so I would not recommend it! ... show more

Very pretty once you put in just 1 rock on the first drop you’ll hear the noise change to a nice river sound. If you don’t then yes you do hear the motor. I put rocks everywhere just to make it nicer. Many compliments so far and inquiries. So far so good! My husband bought a timer to go with it so we run it dusk to dawn. He loves it so much he wants one now for our back yard. Maybe after a month or 2 we will. EDIT 07-12-23 so during winter we ran it to keep from freezing, we are in TX and didn’t really have a winter this year so I was surprised that the top lights stopped working in the first drop and the lights on the second drop have a couple of light out already. Water is still running so that is good but I wish all the lights would work as well…… ... show more

I purchased in November 2022, and 2 lights have already went out. Also, its a bit hard to gage how much water to put in it. It splashes alot even with adjustments. I still love it, but I'm waiting on the manufacturer to advise how to replace the lights if possible.
