I purchased 8 450w panels from Sungoldpower. As these panels are about 6 ft x 4 ft and weigh close to 50 lbs a piece, I’ll admit I was a little worried about how well they would survive shipping from California to Florida. They were shipped quickly and Customer Service was very responsive and helpful in increasing my order right before they shipped. They arrived in perfect condition! They are pretty sturdy! Within a few days I got them up to the roof using a rented drywall lift, hooked them up, grounded and anchored them, and now they are feeding my EcoFlow battery backup system. They are installed flat rather than being angled toward seasonal sun, but even on these Winter cloudy days the 8-panel array is putting out around 5 to 6 KwH. On sunny days I’m getting more than 10 KwH. I’m expecting to hit considerably higher numbers as the sun gets higher for longer in a few months. VERY happy with these! Two months ago we ordered 24 panels to setup two banks for our new solar setup. They arrived via freight shipping and I was really happy with how they were packaged. Two of the boxes at bottom of pallet had rips but as not a single issue with any of the panels. Not even a scratch on aluminum frame. I had all prep work ready to install and that went flawlessly. I have ordered from SunGoldPower several times. I had one defective panel on my first order of SunGoldPower 450 watt panels. The panel had no output. SunGoldPower did not hesitate to refund my money for that panel. I have had 3 other orders of 450 watt panels with no issues. The Panels were packaged very well. Shipping was through Fedex. I tested all panels and most of them had an output of more than 450 watts. I connected these panels to a SunGoldPower inverter. I have been using these panels now for 18 months and I have not had a single issue. The complete process was easy from start to finish. The ordering process was made extremely easy as you can buy package deals at great discounts. I bought 12 panels and run them in two different legs of 6 to one Sungoldpower controller/ inverter. Each set of six push on the average 250 VDC at around the 12 to 13 amps which balances perfectly with the 6KW Controller which has the two solar inputs. The panels are large, but still easy to handle and mount. I'm 6'2" 245 pounds. I built a free standing mount as you can see in the pictures because it is easier for snow removal and cleaning. The panels deliver the voltage and amperage as described. The controller has run well for me for the past year as I feed 10 circuits in my house and run the Two garages and a barn. I bought two Controllers because I had an older system and I eventually want to run 240 VAC in phase with the two to the house. I only have one transfer switch at this time which limits me from putting the 240 VAC into action. Over all I would say these are Great Solar Panels, Well worth the money and of great quality.
