Its not hard to figure out and it works exactly as it supposed to. People need to understand what it is and how to use it before leaving bad reviews. It already has a memory card inside which can be formatted from your mobile device. Press 'reset' on the inside of the case before you plan on connecting and it will work fine. The MyCam App is very simple to use as well. Simply connect to the wifi on the camera and use the features in the app. I don't understand why so many negative reviews.     • Not worth it
The media could not be loaded. So this thing works better without connecting to the internet but this means you’ve got to pull the memory card or use the reset button all the time to view the videos. When connected to the internet is super slow and often displays zero files when in fact there’s 30+ videos recorded. Leave it sit and eventually the camera communicates those videos after some time passes. The software is terrible done and isn’t instinct at all. No clue as to why there’s multiple on/off settings, alarm settings and the alarm texts it sends are NOT clickable. First the alarm comes in and you’ve got to log in and go else where in the software to view the images. The flood light is less light then most flashlights the speakers are useless as well as the microphone. Hell nasa had better tech in the 60’s. Going to find another brand, this sucks ... show more

I bought this not for security but to watch the wildlife in my back yard. I couldn't beat the price for the quality and all the features. 100% solar powered, no wiring, night vision with infra-red. once you download MYCAM app. (free app) You get notices on your phone when the motion detector senses movement. also if you want to mount the camera inside your house you can remove solar panel and use power supply cord that is included. also this has a two-way intercom feature. the app allows you to record with sound which is one of the main reasons I wanted this camera. this camera also came with a 32gb SD card. the video view is crisp and clear. ... show more

    • Just awful!
Says it's Sunglife, product that arrived was Watchman. Terrible instructions, not a word on how to attach the base to the camera. Had to put it up and take it down about 6 times, mostly to reset it and it's easier to take it down (one bolt on bottom of bracket) than try to remove the 2 tiny screws covering the reset button. Doesn't send PUSH notifications (or not in instructions). No website or customer service number. Says to make sure you don't mix up the left and right antenna, but not HOW to tell them apart. I couldn't find any markings. I returned it because it's useless as a SECURITY camera if it won't send PUSH notifications. Works fine as a camera, just not a security camera. ... show more

    • How to return them
I’ve had to return them! The picture was great the night vision was great to install was great but I’m having to keep resetting and connecting to my phone/Wi-Fi kept losing my picture. Will notify me when there was motion but I never was able to keep a picture.

Super easy to set up, and I’m so glad we made the switch to solar power! No more worrying about wiring anything or changing batteries. Making an account on the app and connecting to the cam was simple as well; pleasantly surprised overall!
