There's no cord storage that I can find, but this is a minor inconvenience for me. People who iron a lot may want a bigger water tank or other features. I wanted an iron that was mostly flat and get extremely hot to place heat transfer vinyl onto my projects. I tested it out right away and it did what I needed it to do! I'm not sure of the exact degree of temperature it reaches but it definitely got hot and quickly. I purchased a different one slightly used that cost more and it wasn't good for my projects. This one is inexpensive and gets the job done so I can't complain! The cord also seems pretty long which was what I wanted. I can't comment on the steam as I plan to only use it dry. It has some weight to it but not so much that it feels uncomfortable or heavy. So far I would recommend this to anyone looking for one as long as it continues to work the way it does.
