When the pool arrived I was already skeptical, the main box was damaged and tore up to the point I thought for sure the components inside were damaged or lost, as was my thought as I pulled out the smaller boxes of parts. My confidence in this company had already taken a bad turn. But as we started assembling the pool it turns out all the parts were there and not damaged. The pool went up in about two hours and was fairly simple to assemble. The ladder is a bit of a worry, even with everything fully tightened it still feels wobbly and unstable. As with other reviewers on here I ordered the pool with the deluxe accessory kit (skinner, vacuum, etc.) but it did not arrive with the pool. When I contacted the seller through Amazon they were quick to respond and are sending out a replacement kit tomorrow. We’ve only got to use the pool once so far but so far it gets the job done, well worth the investment. ... show more

I am pleased with my purchase. I looked around trying to find the best deals I could. I am happy I went with this pool. Had some questions about the model I ordered. Customer service responded very quickly and answered all of my questions. Once the pool arrived, I had it up and filling within a hour. Was a little nervous about the quality, but customer service assured me this pool was of good quality. And it is. Nice thick liner. Not a single leak or drip with the skimmer filter or hoses. Very sturdy as well. I'm not the easiest to deal with so I have to give thanks to the seller for helping with all of my questions. I received a defective product. I have also reported the damage and replied, to the seller, with photos and videos of the damage in hopes of getting a replacement but have not received anything back from the seller. So very disappointed that I have spent 800.00 on a new pool that I have not been able to use. And feel like I have just been pushed to the side and will see no resolution ... show more

    • Pretty nice even though we overpaid ALOT
We've had ours for over a month now and haven't had any issues at all. My 14 year olds love it. My 17 yr old put a basketball hoop up outside it and shoot hoops with his buddies. The only downfall is that it didn't come with a vacuum so we have to order separately. The filter, we take it out and use the powerful setting on water hose to clean the crap out of it then reuse it-works great! ... show more

I couldn't find an above ground pool no matter who I spoke to and what I was willing to spend, so when I was just about ready to give up on it, I decided to try one of these out. It took about an hour to assemble. It holds water and cools me down. The filter does more for circulating chlorine than filtering out stuff, but it's fine. One thing I didn't think of- the pool's depth is 42", but that's just the side measurement, not the water depth. The water is about 36" deep. ... show more

When this pool arrived, I was more then skeptical. The packaging was looking like the product had been in someone's basement for a couple years and they were unloading it to an suspecting customer. The packaging may have been in terrible shape, but the pool was in excellent condition. My grandchildren enjoyed it all summer! Assembling was not difficult, my husband and I did it in a relatively short period of time. We filled it and with a minimum of care enjoyed keeping cool in a pool. ... show more

    • Inflated Price, Missing Bonus Items, But Kids Enjoy
Missing bonus parts, despite paying an exorbitant inflated amount ($1100). Easy to assemble- not sure it will last beyond one season as the floor is very thin. Had to purchase a lot of extras (flood padding, solar cover, chlorine, and skimmer). Despite all of this, cost the same as two weeks of summer camp and hoping it will keep the kids busy during covid 19. ... show more

We love our new POOL! We are looking forward to cooling off & spending time together this summer in our backyard oasis! It was easy to put together, my daughter & I assembled it in about 2 hours, including unboxing everything. We were taking a dip that afternoon. The appearance is nice too.
