I dont usually leave reviews, but My xlbully destroys all her toys within 5 minutes. Even the bones my butcher boyfriend brings her. This toy has lasted two days so far, even tho she is constantly trying to tear it to pieces. Only issue is the squeaky part tore up as soon as I unpacked it and squeaked it once.     • Holding up great to my 2 extreme chewers

I have two dogs that are extreme chewers. One is a 4 month old pitbull mix with needle-sharp puppy teeth that have destroyed every single tough toy I've given him. The other is a 3 year old that loves to put toys in his back teeth and gnaw on them until they're destroyed. I bought two of these toys and they are the ONLY toys I've ever gotten that have withstood both of them. They are way heavier and tougher than I expected. They're so tough that it's actually difficult for the dogs to bite it enough to make it squeak, but they love chewing them and haven't made a single mark on them in just under 1 month of heavy play so I'm happy! The only thing that didn't hold up were the "leaves" on top of the pineapple. They felt really tough and I thought they would last but the puppy had 2 of them completely chewed off within minutes. I used scissors to cut the rest of the leaves off and it's been good since then. I would suggest keeping an eye on those, or preemptively cutting them off. I also got the toucan which doesn't have any extra parts and that one has been great as-is. ... show more

It's been a good 10 minutes and our border collie is hard at the leaves. I give those another 20 or 30 minutes? The pineapple is another story. Update... the squeaker lasted a day. The owner was grateful for that demise! 😆

The leaves and squeaker lasted about 30 minutes, sadly, as the girl loves squeaky toys. The pineapple portion seems to be of good quality and long lasting plus she loves the toy being more so an oval shaped. It is played with most days. so it's going to be a keeper.

Bought this for a husky who's been known to absolutely tear through just about any toy we get him. This is a heavyweight, well-constructed toy made of solid rubber, but soft enough that I'm not worried about him damaging his teeth. I wouldn't quite say it's indestructible, but nothing is, and this is as close to it as you're going to get. He absolutely loves the toy, and constantly digs it out to play with it, and will bring it over to you and guests to show it off and play with it. This toy is durable, sturdy too. My dog has not totally destroyed it/yet! The corduroy leaves were gone in an instant. The speaker was punctured quickly ( which isn’t a bad thing lol) My dog likes me to interact/play w her I can’t play w her because the pineapple is too small to grab. This toy is absolutely adorable! The rubber it's made from is quite tough but my pitbull was able to silence the squeaker within the 1st day of use. Still, I would buy again. Recommended!
