It's a single condenser mic so you have to put the correct side towards you. Point the logo towards yourself, point it at a 45 degree angle so your voice is sort of flowing over it, and keep your mouth about a foot away. The mic is made fairly well for its price point. I cannot speak on the other mics around this price point or cheaper though. The one thing I wish this mic did differently was the screen. If the tube attached to the screen was more adjustable as it would not fall I would appreciate it. This quality of this mic impressed me for how much it costs. Also the accessories that came with it. Setup was literally plug and play within seconds. The only thing I’m disappointed in is the fact they market this for gaming and video conferencing, yet i have the input cranked to 100% and people constantly complain about not hearing me very well. Complaints are random Mike is about 2 feet away sitting next to my keyboard but if I bring the mic closer to my mouth and hold it down as fine. Did you say the business is 1015 cm from your mouth, but yet there’s also a picture of someone setting it on the desk next to the computer which leads me to believe that it would work for that. ... show more

We had 2 Logitech G430 headphones with mics and they both broke. Because of this, we wanted to get a less bulky headphone with a standing mic hoping that replacing these won’t be as frequent. The standing mic has been great and surprisingly, doesn’t get in the way of playing games. It’s easy to set up and has been working well. Since the pandemic, my work makes me do alot of zoom meetings, so I've been looking for a microphone for quite some time. I'm glad I came across this 1, it works perfectly for my needs. I like that it blocks the background noise, and it makes me sound crystal clear. It is a very well made and high quality Microphone. This would have been a much better product, IF it came with the CORRECT instructions. As you can see the mic instruction user guide is not for this mic! I had to watch someone put it together to understand how to use it.

I bought this with my son and upon arrival we could not get it to work. We were ready to send it back because Windows would not detect it. On a whim I took a USB cable from another device and connected it to this mic and it started working and has worked ever since. The microphone on my laptop went out and I needed one fast. This one was on a great deal so I picked it up. It looks great on my desk and picks up voice easily. I'm sure I'll have it a while.
