Let me start by saying that I’m a stylist and always looking for new products for my craft. This is going to take a little getting used to.. as far as making curls with my long hair with it. The right side turned out better, naturally. I would suggest going slowly, it works better. It heats up quickly & comes with a glove and 2 black hair clips. The only thing I would change is, where the on/off button is located. I kept accidentally turnings it off but with practice, I can already tell that I love it! It gets close to the hairline also! My hair is a 3B texture and I blew it out first before trying this out. I purchased it mainly for when I need to smooth something quickly and to use at work- if I pull out an iron there, I have to charge and so ppl are funny about it. Even if I tell them that I’m not going to charge them. Also, due to the recession, ppl aren’t wanting to get their ends trimmed properly and I’m hoping that they may let me smooth ends with this if necessary after a blowdry, so that the look is a little more polished. The media could not be loaded. I never liked to straighten my hair when I did not encounter it, it took too long and my hair was thick and curly. So after I saw this product, I directly contacted the seller to explain my needs. However, the seller's service attitude was very good and also helped me explain my doubts. So I wanted to try it, so I bought it! I am very happy that I did it, because the past 1-2 hours has only been 45 minutes, most of which is to re-shampoo and blow dry! The actual straightening process is faster. hint: 1-It is important to comb/brush your hair before you start. Because my hair is thick and curly, I combed my hair, and only divided my hair into 6 parts from the middle and clamped it with the delivery clip, so that I would not be messy during operation. This was also greatly shortened. The reason of time! 2-Make sure that if you just "brush" your hair like a hairbrush, you actually pass the hair through the bristles so that the bristles pass through the other side of the hair before pulling it through. This allows the hair to come into contact with the ceramic surface of the bristles, which is what causes the hair to straighten. You can do this from top to bottom. Because it is anti-scalding design. 3-He has 6 adjustable heat settings, from 266°F to 400°F. The instructions indicate that you can set the temperature according to your own hair quality and volume: soft and thin hair; blond, bleached or dyed hair, thin Hair; normal and slightly curly hair; thick, curly and coarse hair. 4-If you set your hair straightener to one of the higher heat settings, use gloves! Trust me... your hair will be hot! My hair is thick and curly, so I set it to the highest temperature. So I use gloves before using the brush. I absolutely loved this when I first got it. It’s the only styling tool that works to help my bangs fall nicely. But then all the sudden it stopped working. Heats up, but then shuts down. Very disappointed. I’m past return window so I guess I got something that worked for 6 months. Don’t recommend.

This doesn't work as well as I had hoped. I was hoping I could comb through my hair with it since I have wavy hair, especially underneath. You need to pick up a section of hair and run the comb through it. Then I have to go over my hair with a flat iron. It does not make my hair smooth enough to use it alone. ... show more
