After reading the Amazon reviews for this product I was a little skeptical, but I took a chance and ordered it anyway because it was inexpensive and appeared to be just what I was looking for. The product arrived a day early be a UPS. Everything was in the box, there was no damage to anything, and the instructions were pretty clear on how to put it together. I did not use any power tools... Only the Allen wrench that came with it and then a small screwdriver. I can say that the fabric is on the cheap side, and the quality overall (wood and construction) isn't superior, but the chair is sturdy and extremely comfortable.
