    • Decent bike for daily work commute
I use the bike to get to and from work. I only travel 5ish miles one way. The bike works and looks great. The only 2 issues I have is the battery is crap...when I first got it, I could easily go 25 miles on one charge with no pedal assist, but after 400 miles the battery has significantly weakened and by the time I get to work and then home the battery is dead. So maybe 10/12 miles and I need to charge. The second is the way the front forks are attached, it's very weak and just a cheap bolt that holds it all together. It keeps coming loose and I need 2 12" extention bars plus the socket to tighten. When I use the front breaks I can feel the front forks moving and it's very sketchy, needless to say I never use them.....all in all if u have good mechanical skills you can fix that issue, so I'm not to upset with the money spent ... show more

Im attempting to contact the seller, BUT no contact information is listed. The Battery is malfunctioning and will NOT carry a charge. ...Does ANYONE who has purchased one of these items know how to contact the sellers...OR was this $514 purchase a scam!!

I spent all night putting this together, and it didn’t work, I emailed Customer Service, no response. I ended up returning it very disappointed because it looked really cool.

    • A good value
I don't know why there are so many poor reviews. These are basically a decent "Walmart" bike with an electric hub kit. It doesn't have high end components but at this price point it's a good value. We got two of them in Sept 23' and have put a few hundred miles on them. For comfort, I installed softer seats and a handle bar riser. The bikes have good power and have worked fine for us. The only cons I see are that the advertised 12ah batteries are only 8ah according to the label on the battery, I snapped the chain while peddling and had to replace a link, the tubes are cheap and we've had a couple of flat tires requiring a patch, and the plastic fenders are not very useful. Some pros include the fact that the battery is generic and can be easily replaced without having to find a specific proprietary battery/connector, the bike is light weight and easy to peddle if you don't want to use the electric assist or if the battery runs dead (other e-bikes I've ridden are a real chore to peddle without assist), and the price for the whole bike is about equal to or less than the cost for just the parts to convert another bike to an e-bike. The smaller than advertised battery gives us a pretty easy 20 miles of range at higher speeds and at lower speeds it can go much further. We've put them away for the Winter and look forward to getting them back out in the spring. Like any Walmart level bike they will require more maintenance than a higher quality bike but should last several years and with generic components, parts will be easy to find. ... show more

i try to assemble the bike on my own and no videos or instruction manual were found and the seats were damaged too
