There’s a particular dynamic as to why I used this product to find that the research is minimal is concerning. I uses this product carefully for about six days monitoring sugar levels and BP readings. No side affect noted no cognitive changes.

I am having days of being back to my sharp self at work! It's important to note that I get very chill and even drowsy after taking it, so much so that I will not take it before work and I will not drive after taking it, so I only take it in the evenings or at night. I think it even helps me to sleep better sometimes. But the real magic is the next day. The day after taking it, I do feel a lot sharper! I noticed it the very first day after taking it! I gave it a month before writing this review because I do randomly have good days sometimes and I wanted to rule out coincidence. But I am convinced it is working for me! Regarding the dosage, I went for the serving size of two on the first day. Like the other reviews have mentioned, that is a lot! So now, sometimes I just take one. I like to skip taking it entirely on the weekends, but then I'll take two Sunday night to be ready for Monday morning. Hope this helps. I will update if anything changes. ... show more

    • Watch Out!
After searching for a top rated mushroom supplement I pulled the trigger on this one because it had good ratings. I took it for about 3 or 4 days before getting bad abdominal pain. I stopped taking it whilst nursing myself. After feeling better I started taking the supplement again and the abdominal pain returned. I went to the ER and they did a CT scan and said the lymph nodes in my abdomen were inflamed. I feel certain it was an allergic reaction to this supplement. I will not be taking it again. I think it’s awesome that it works well for some but it caused issues for me 😞 ... show more
