Description

The Premium Compact features the most compact storage available at only 22 inches deep. The indoor table is delivered 100% pre-assembled. All you have to do is open the table to enjoy tournament-level performance. Commercial-grade pistons assist with opening and closing the table, which can be done by only one person, in one motion. This industry-leading innovation is only available from STIGA. The 1 inch thick table top meets ITTF regulations for tournament- level performance. The table top is sanded and UV filled prior to multiple coats of specialty paint and finished with a clear top coat for a perfectly smooth finish in classic tournament blue color. Massive 2-1/4 x 1-3/4 (inches) legs are made of heavy-gauge steel for a rock solid base. Leg levelers allow the table to be adjusted on all four corners for a playing surface that is perfectly level, even when the floor is not. Five-inch machine-grade ball- bearing casters allow the table to smoothly roll over almost any surface for maximum transportability. Regulation white striping is silk-screen printed for a smooth playing surface. Unlike other methods that are applied like a sticker and create a noticeable imperfection, the silk screen process prints the ink directly on the table for a surface that is smooth to the touch. A 2-2/5 inches profiled steel apron supports the top for even bounce across the entire table top. The Premium Compact includes a net and post set featuring a premium cotton blend net and precision tension adjustment for a tournament quality net that is International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) approved.

Hands down the best ping pong table out there. My 8 year old can assemble and disassemble it. Simply pull the lever and push it up or pull it down. It rolls on carpet very easily with its large wheels. If you are looking for easy and professional then this is your table. It comes assembled but up on a block (about 4inches up). The only difficulty was getting it off of the block and onto the floor. I did it myself but it probably should have been a 2 man job. The people who delivered it called and made an appointment and were right on time. They helped roll it into the garage where it was hid for Christmas morning. Very high quality. The media could not be loaded. I bought it January 2013. In September lower part of the table plywood broken and I complained it to the seller who said they are not responsible for the damage. Today 9/13 I cannot unfold it and eventually cannot use it. It's very expensive table and my expectation was very high. But it turned out to be the nightmare. It seems like seller has no intention to replace it or fix the broken area. My only hope is the power of Amazon. Seller has bad attitude. Don't but it. on 5/30 I have a final talk with Amazon who told me this window is closed Amazon cannot refund it. Last 6 months I have been requesting refund with 6-7 supervisors. Most of them promised me they will review it and get back to me. But nobody gave me the answer and emails. In mid April of 2024 one supervise told me to buy same TT table then Amazon will refund the 1st defected table price. So I ordered. Couple of days last I call Amazon to make sure I will get the refund. Another supervisor promised me to get back to me 48 hours. I couldn't get the refund and I bought another table, On May 30th I called Amazon again and agent told me this window is closed and she cannot help me anything. I trusted Amazon and they betrayed like explained above. I don't know how to fight back to Amazon for this defected very expensive product. ... show more

This review is about Amazon’s customer support and the customer support from Escalade Sports (Stiga’s US distributor). 13 months ago I purchased a Stiga Premium Compact Tennis Table. This table delivered….it provided an excellent professional playing surface and it easily folded up into a compact unit when space was needed. Without question, we were very happy with it. Three weeks ago, we noticed that one bracket that attached the table top to the frame, had pulled out from the table top. How and why that happened, we do not know. I called Amazon customer service. Amazon said that they could do nothing because the purchase was 13 months ago. However, they took the time to research who the distributor was and gave me the phone number. I called Escalade Sports, the distributor. They asked me to describe the problem and to send some pictures plus copies of the Amazon invoice. Yesterday, I received a brand new Stiga Premium Compact Tennis Table that Amazon sells for $1,799….free of charge. It was that simple and that quick. There was no prorating for usage or shipping charges...their attitude was that if it is not 100% right, they would make it 100% right…and they did! My sincere thanks to Amazon, to Escalade Sports and to Stiga. Excellent support of an excellent product. ... show more

Awesome table, 100% assembled, just put the net on and peel off the plastic. Although the shipping guys got it where it needed to go, they said they were supposed to just drop it off on the curb and not unpack it. Shipping instructions I received said they would setup where I wanted and haul off the garbage. They left it on the pallet for me to deal with, not that big of a deal, but the only issue. From the minute it arrived I fell in love with this table! The packaging was amazing and very easy to unwrap given the fact that was sitting on a pallet and most importantly there was no need for assembly! One person can fold and unfold the table and maneuverability is amazingly simple. The craftsmanship on this table is visible all over this product and I love simply love this table. Please note; a STIGA Premium VM Net Set is included with this table so there is not need to order a net set :) ... show more

Arrived assembled in perfect shape. Incredible, professional level Table. Only one suggestion: I wish it had wheel locks to keep the table from moving during play.
