Description

The Stiebel Eltron Tempra 15 Trend Tankless Water Heater will typically use 15-20% less energy compared to conventional electric tank water heaters. Although, it’s possible to save significantly more energy depending on personal home usage habits. The difference is that conventional tank water heaters continually store hot water, and as a result, lose 15%-20% of the total energy consumed to the environment around them. This is called standby heat loss. Tank water heaters that use gas or oil are even less efficient, because they also lose heat through their vents to the outdoors. Our tankless water heaters do not need venting, and will not store hot water, waiting for you to use it. They operate on-demand to provide continuous and endless hot water when you need it, and not waste energy when you don’t. CERTIFICATIONS INCLUDE - ANSI/UL Std. 499, CSA Std. • Great product and worth the money.
Style: Tempra 24 Plus (24 kW) Pattern Name: Water Heater
First will say the only Con so far is when looking on here at the specs it actually calls for heavy wire the. What the manual said. I ordered my material also for the install when got it. Pros are easy to install and setup up, gets hot really fast and maintains temperature for as long as you need, and dropped are bill to the point in a year it has paid for itself plus you can write it off on taxes. I am a handyman/DIY with an electrical background so I did self install so would say hiring a professional is a must unless you have common knowledge of the trades needed. This would probably take longer to see savings than myself. ... show more

  • Efficient and Reliable Hot Water Solution
Style: Tempra 20 Plus (20 kW) Pattern Name: Water Heater
The media could not be loaded. I recently had the Stibel Electron Tempera 20 electric tankless water heater professionally installed in my two-story home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The installation took about four hours, including the addition of a whole-home water filtration system on the main line. The unit's performance has exceeded my expectations in terms of convenience and efficiency. First and foremost, the unit is impressively quiet, and its space-saving design is a game-changer. It doesn't take up much room, and the minimal noise is a bonus, especially if it's installed near living spaces. But what truly sets this tankless water heater apart is its ability to provide a continuous flow of hot water. I've tested it by running two showers simultaneously for an extended period, and there was no interruption in the supply of hot water. The heater only uses the hot water necessary, which is not only eco-friendly but also cost-effective. The temperature control is precise, ensuring that you get the hot water you desire without any fuss. I appreciate the quality of this unit, and even the licensed plumber who installed it mentioned that it's one of the top brands in the market. This gave me confidence in my purchase decision. I had concerns about whether it would deliver hot water everywhere in my house, but those worries were unfounded. My two-bedroom, two-story home now enjoys consistent hot water supply throughout. Of course, like any appliance, it's important to manage usage efficiently. Running multiple showers, a dishwasher, and a washing machine simultaneously might be a stretch for any water heater. However, with a bit of scheduling and planning, I've had no issues. I wash in the morning, run the dishwasher before bedtime, and take showers at various times throughout the day, ensuring they don't overlap. In conclusion, investing in the Stibel Electron Tempera 20 electric tankless water heater has been a wise decision for my household. It's efficient, reliable, and space-saving, making it a top-notch choice for anyone in need of a hot water solution. I also highly recommend having it professionally installed for peace of mind. It's a purchase that I'm truly satisfied with. ... show more

  • Heats Water Quick...BUT BE PREPARED!!!!!!!
Style: Tempra 24 Plus (24 kW) Pattern Name: Water Heater
Amazon Review Product: Stebo Electron Tankless Water Heater Temperature 24+ Electric On-Demand Water Heater Rating: 3 out of 5 stars Headline: Simple but expensive to install Review: The Stebo Electron tankless water heater is a simple and sleek design that heats water on demand, saving energy and space. However, it is important to note that installation can be expensive, especially if you need to upgrade your electrical service. I installed the Stebo Electron in my home five months ago and, for the most part, it has worked well. The water heats up quickly and consistently, and I have not had any problems with running out of hot water. However, there have been a few times when the water has not gotten as hot as I would like. One of the biggest drawbacks of the Stebo Electron is the cost of installation. I had to hire an electrician to upgrade my electrical service to support the water heater, which added an additional $1,500 to the cost of the installation. Another thing to keep in mind is that the Stebo Electron requires a water filter to protect it from sediment and other impurities. The filter needs to be replaced every six months, which adds to the ongoing cost of owning this water heater. Overall, I am satisfied with the Stebo Electron tankless water heater. It is a simple and efficient way to heat water, but it is important to be aware of the high cost of installation and the need for a water filter. Pros: Heats water on demand, saving energy and space Simple and sleek design Consistent hot water delivery Cons: Expensive to install, especially if you need to upgrade your electrical service Requires a water filter that needs to be replaced every six months INfo Water has not gotten as hot as I would like on a few occasions, But that could be my shower location. Recommendation: I recommend the Stebo Electron tankless water heater to homeowners who are looking for an energy-efficient and space-saving way to heat water. However, it is important to be aware of the high cost of installation and the need for a water filter. ... show more

Love it! Works perfectly and was easy to install. Love the temperature selection feature. Small enough to be out of sight, big enough to get the job done right! So pleased with this investment that a smaller version will be bought and used for the man cave.
