I bought this PC last year as I didn't have time to build my own between work and college. I mainly just wanted to play Baldurs Gate 3 asap, and this did the job. It has been surprisingly reliable beyween gaming and homework, and I can't say that I've really had any issues with it so far. I do want to point out though – the parts (cpu, gpu, ram) are definitely not even close to the latest models. It has DDR3 RAM which surprised me to find out, when DDR4 has been the standard for some time and DDR5 is becoming more popular. I also upgraded to a Samsung NVMe M.2 2TB SSD which helped also, since it only included a 512GB SATA SSD I believe. The 1660 ti is a good GPU, even though it's been out for quite awhile. I've found it can handle just about any game I've tried so far on at least medium to high settings normally (auto detect settings on bg3 even puts it at ultra). Also, it doesn't include integrated wifi, so you'll need to buy a USB wifi dongle if you're not connecting it directly by ethernet cable. I believe someone recommended one in another comment (which I did purchase for about $20 and have had no issues). Ultimately, if you're looking for a relatively low cost PC that will (mostly) be ready out of the box then I do recommend this PC based on its reliability, ease of setup and absence of issues thus far. However, is this the best prebuilt setup available for the price? Probably not. For better value, I'd recommend searching Microcenter or Newegg's deals (especially refurbished). If I remember correctly, I did receive this PC pretty fast after ordering with Prime. If you're in a hurry I suppose that could be justification enough. It mostly comes down to whether you're prioritizing overall value or convenience. Ordered this PC wanting something basic that just works for games. Didn't even get far enough to see if it could run the games I wanted because the GPU would not turn on. The PC itself didn't even recognize that there was a GPU plugged in. None of the troubleshooting provided by the company or others has worked. I suspect it is some issues with the internal power supply, which I cannot fix. I intend to reach out to the seller to see what can be done, but all in all I am very disappointed in this product. This computer was a steal for the price and the specs. I am just a casual gamer, I play Elder Scrolls Online and Neverwinter Online. This computer makes them look great, with the highest limits. It's also really beautiful. I had some questions and the seller answered very quickly. I was not contacted to leave a review or anything like that, I bought the computer and I love it. It's really fast and the only drawback was that I can't upgrade to Windows 11 since some of the hardware is not compatible, yet! I hope that will change but if it doesn't it still is a great computer for the price! Oh, I want to add that the wifi and the Bluetooth are not cards that are installed but USB plugins. For me, that's no big deal because I use my internet directly plugged in and I don't use Bluetooth for anything. It might be useful for other people to know. ... show more

UPDATE #3: I was able to bring this desktop back from the dead by removing the cage which had the SSD attached. It's not easy to get at as you have to remove the fans on the front of the case. What worked for me was disconnecting the SATA cable from the SSD and the motherboard and then reconnecting them. My guess is they may have come loose during shipping. Desktop now works fine for my daughter so I'm restoring to 3 star review. No computer should be this difficult to get working reliably. I still say buyer beware, but it's only fair to update to reflect that desktop we bought is now working again. UPDATE: 3 months after purchase, SSD has already failed. Stay away from this machine. It's garbage. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The desktop itself is fine. But, the bluetooth and wifi are provided with small USB receivers and that's not explained at all when you open the box. A more important point is the CPU in this system is not approved for Windows 11 so you will not be able to upgrade unless you do a forced reinstall from a USB drive. I'm a tech and should have vetted the CPU better. Just know that if Windows 11 is important to you and you want an easy upgrade path, steer clear. All that being said, my daughter loves the RGB touches and it plays all of her games fine. Just do more research than I did to avoid an unpleasant surprise. ... show more

If your playing games like total war, civ 6, lost ark, ect. You'll be able to play them no problem. Came out of the box ready and I just had to plug it in and play. Nothing damaged and it works how I want it to. It's pretty. Only thing is that the cpu could be a little better it's a i7 4770. So it'll play most lower end games but don't expect to play AAA games unless you upgrade the cpu and gpu. Overall though a great pc if you just plan on playing casual or strategy games. ... show more
