The set looks great. I bought extra chairs to make it 10 chair and with the table to be 11. All the chairs don't go inside but the set looks classy and I love the large table. I contacted customer service for minor stuff and they were great and gave a fast response. I highly recommend this product.

The table and chairs arrived damaged from horrible packaging. Opened the boxes and found that the finish from the factory was not very good and one of the chair legs was cracked from inserting the lag screws. I put everything together to see if there were any other issues and found many issues with the finish including running whitewash with runs and puddles. More rubbed marks from the shipping damage. I contacted customer service and their offer was to have someone come pick up the items and return them after I packed it all up. They would kindly deduct the return shipping costs from any refund. That was nice of them. I would spend my day packaging it all back up and then take the day off to wait for someone to come pick it up and then not get the full refund. Horrible Customer Service and bad business. Make a quality product and package it so it arrives at the customer in good condition and you will make happier customers. ... show more
