The product online looks a little bigger than it actually is but it sill looks good. The base could be heavier to make it more sturdy. The instructions lack something to be desired but with a bit of creativity the assembly can be complete.

We bought this lamp to put in our bedroom before our baby got here. I wanted it for the different light settings so I could have it on dim and be able to see him in his bassinet. I truly love this lamp and hardly even use the overhead light anymore! The different warmth variations and brightness settings is just wonderful for whatever mood you’re in! Also a super cute boho-ish style too. I wish it was a tad taller because my 6ft boyfriend looks like he towers over it. But that would be my one and only complaint! ... show more

I didn't much care for the natural color of the shade so I stained it and it looks amazing! I have a very Japanese themed decor and this is just right! The only thing I would change is I wish the bulb had some brighter settings.

I would have given more stars -- I do like how the lamp looks -- but it doesn't want to stand straight so it is 'propped' against a table. Additionally, the remote control is overly complicated.
