We purchased this in summer of 2024 and the biggest selling point was the fact that the seller started it could hold up to 1000lbs, not many have that weight capacity. Once we started to assemble we noticed the instructions stated weight capacity of 250lbs and that was when we decided it was going to be returned however after I filled out the reason for return to the company they we quick to respond and let us know that it indeed had a 1000lb capacity and that they would look into having their instructions manual updated. They were very pleasant and quick to answer questions that I had and even refunded us a little bit for the confusion, which was really appreciated. It was not to hard for my kids Dad to put together. But I have one note to make the tie straps at the top of the safety net poles keeps coming undone. It’s not a big deal, but I have to keep putting the safety net back up. The kids think it’s fun to bounce on the mat because I get motion sickness. They are so much fun. ... show more

I don’t understand why this has such a high rating. It is cheaply made and the instructions made no sense or had parts mislabeled. The netting is very difficult to put together. I spent over an hour putting the netting together and now it won’t zip shut. It won’t be easy to disassemble as most pieces are screwed together instead of having an easy release knob. Please don’t waste your money on this and fine a trampoline that is more user friendly for assembly and disassembly! ... show more

Fast shipping. Very sturdy and well made except the clips that keep the safety net slip but should be able to fix it to prevent that. Everything else is great. My kids love the ladder too.
