    • Doesn’t turn on
A friend ordered one of these and I borrowed it during a trip and loved it. Came home and ordered one and took on a subsequent and it doesn’t work. It simply doesn’t turn on/heat up. I had read reviews of others who said likewise and stupidly assumed those were just user error but they’re not. Apparently if you get one of these, it’s 50-50 whether it works or not. Unfortunately by the time I returned from my trip I was 3 days past the return deadline so can’t return it, which is annoying since it was inoperable from the start, I just didn’t bother to test it out prior to my trip.     • Do not buy this safety hazard
Wife tried to steam and no steam coming out. It had worked before. She brought it to me to fix. I took it and turned it almost upside down to view any info. At that moment the entire amt of the boiling water blew up in my face. Burned my face, nose and eyes. It was a 10+ pain level. Got ice immediately and held it on my face and headed to the ER. Luckily my eye lids were closed so no eyeball damage (PTL) but my lids were also burned. Went to optometrist and eyeballs were spared but could have been blinded. Are your wrinkles worth this risk?     • It stopped working
I used it for a few months and then took it on vacation with me and it didn’t work. I thought maybe it was the outlet because I was in a different country but when I got back to the USA it still didn’t work. It’s a cheap product.

    • Didn’t work at all
The product was defective. I ordered it for my daughter at Christmas to take to college and we just plugged it in and the water doesn’t heat at all. We left it plugged in for longer than the 2-3 minutes it says it’s supposed to take to heat.

    • Don’t buy this one!
It worked the first time & I used distilled water, I haven’t been able to get it to work to steam since first time. It turns on but then nothing, no steam. Definitely no mineral buildup so that’s not the issue.
