Firstly the steamer works really well! By the time you plug it in and turn to your clothes it’s basically already heated up and ready to use. Additionally the travel bag is super useful since it’s soft and strong enough to fit into something like a bag or suitcase but still keeps the steamer safe. Finally I like that there’s a 3 year warranty so can use it without worry that it’ll break on me and even if it does (which seems unlikely) I’ll be covered! Note that while it does turn, it shouldn’t be turned while it’s in use because the turntable part does get hot so just make sure it’s turned before you use it and you’re good to go! ... show more

This portable steamer is exactly what I have been looking for! I travel often for work and no longer have to worry about wrinkles and creases. This handheld steamer is very lightweight, compact and very user-friendly especially on the go or when you need to iron or press a single item or two. I was looking for a steamer that I could easily pack in my suitcase and this is it! It heats up quickly, and comes with a little sprout cup to fill the water reservoir quickly with no spills. The steamer head rotates as well and you press one button to turn it on and off - so easy! I have used on cotton, linen and silk and it has worked well with all of these fabrics. I even used this last minute when iron napkins for a hosted dinner, so I didn’t even have to pull out my ironing board. I was able to steam 14 very wrinkled napkins and only had to refill the water once so you can use on multiple articles of clothes or items without an issue! ... show more

First of all, I hate nothing more than dragging an iron and ironing board out. Second, I also hate winkle clothes. Third, when traveling inevitably everything gets wrinkled! This is so convenient and it works so well. In my opinion, better than a heavy iron. It’s lightweight, compact, and the steam instantly gets rid of the wrinkles. I was skeptical about using a steamer over an iron, but if you’re going to make the switch like I did, get this one! So well-made! PS worked great on my new shower curtains that I didn’t feel like taking down again to iron. I thought the wrinkles would go away from the steam of the shower, but they didn’t.
