It works very well, just don't tilt it too much and don't over fill it. If you fill it beyond the fill line, the device is likely to start sputtering water. Follow the instructions and all is well. It's a great steamer, is attractively built and is inexpensive. Knowing how much some of these steamer devices cost makes me like this inexpensive one even more. I wish I didn’t have to refill so often but other than that it’s great! It is powerful and does the perfect job steaming clothes, curtains, I know you’re not supposed to but I’ll sit it on the desk far enough away so I can use it to steam my face and I love love love being able to do this after my masks are done it just makes them penetrate my pores so well, definitely recommend and can be used on a variety of things! ... show more

This steamer is great! It works very quickly, I would recommend using it for travel in the U.S. My husband took the first one we bought and used it with a converter, and it burned out. We bought a second one and just don't take it on international trips anymore. I love it and would recommend it.

It spouts water on your garments and does not get the wrinkles out. I tried it on three different garments and it spouts water on the garment within 2 minutes. If I could I would request my money back

I may never use my iron again. I only iron a few items and this steamer does the job. It’s light weight and simple to use. The only con is I only get about 10 minutes use at a time but that’s fine with me.
