For full transparency I'm not using this for clothing, I'm using it for wig styling. It's been a total game changer given it's so easy to fill, light weight and small. I really needed this and had no idea just how much easier it was going to make my work process. I can set this right on a counter, my other steamer had to sit on the floor and had a huge hose that you really couldn't hang on anything, it was terrible, this is NOT. It's so easy to use, easy to fill and it gets hot really quickly. You can turn it off and on and it will heat up really fast. I use this as a heat source to shape the hair for wigs that I'm crafting. It won't work for natural hair, but it's perfect for synthetic hair. The steam heats up the fibers of the hairs and allows you to shape them into the style you're trying to craft. It's been working so well, I'm excited to use it for future projects. I would highly recommend this to any cosplayers or wig crafters who are just getting started as it's an affordable way to get used to this technique and will be a game changer for you if you've never tried to. The only "downside" is that you can go through the water pretty quickly if you're doing a large project. But I feel like that should be obvious given it's size and I really don't feel like it hindered me from working. This handheld clothes steamer comes with 2 attachable parts ( a lint remover and fabric brush), water cup and a 9ft cord. The instructions were easy to follow to operate it. After adding water, it took less than 3 minutes to heat up and steam to come out. Although there are 13 portholes, the steam wasn't as strong as I would have liked. The steamer is fine but I wasn't impressed with the steam output. I've tried this handheld steamer on different types of fabric and come to the conclusions that it works best on lightweight garments, such as cotton work shirts, rayon and polyester blouses, lightweight dresses. The fabric brush helps to smooth out winkles. It didn't do well with moving wrinkles from Demin jeans or any dense material clothing. ... show more

This is an awesome product. First steamer I've used and I haven't owned an iron in a long time. I'm glad I got this. It's very easy to use. Just fill it with water and turn it on. There is a max fill line on the reservoir. If you overfill it will spit out boiling water from the nozzle, so be aware of that. It produces steam quickly and thickly. The instructions say to start from the bottom and work your way up using your hand to smooth it out. I didn't even have to use my hand on a super wrinkled flannel shirt. The wrinkles just fell out of it as I worked the steam across the shirt. I can't believe how easy and quick it was to get a shirt to very nicely unwrinkled.     • Fantastic little steamer - great for travel (and home!)
I got this little steamer from the Home Hero Store simply because I absolutely despise ironing. You have to wait for the iron to heat up, you need an ironing board (or other firm, heat proof, flat surface) and the way it makes the fabric smell just bugs me. This little guy solved all of those issues for me. It is small, lightweight, easy to use and highly maneuverable. It also has a rather generous cord (9 whole feet!) so you aren't stuck in one place trying to shuffle clothes through, tripping on the cord, dropping said clothes and having to re-press because they are wrinkled yet again. The water chamber only lasted through about three tops, but I was going a little extra with them and as it is a small/compact/portable model that is to be expected. My favorite thing about this: no big bulky hose attachment! 10/10 would recommend! ... show more

    • Small Size is Good for Travel
This steamer does the job. I just steamed-press a denim shirt with rhinestones and the wrinkles are gone with only a little effort. This steamer is smaller and lighter weight than my old steamer. The smaller size also means it doesn't hold as much water so I can only press a couple of items on a single fill. I like that it has an off/on switch and a longer cord. It comes with a cup to fill the steamer reservoir, which is good since the steamer is too big to fit under the faucet in my bathroom sink. As with other steamers, if this is held at an angle, hot water can spray out and spill on the floor. Some type of bag or storage container would have been nice to include to keep the fill cup, attachments, and steamer all together. Having said all that, I was disappointed when I saw that my steamer had been opened, and perhaps used, before sent to me. ... show more

This clothes steamer is super nice! This is the first one I have ever owned and it works great! It heats up super quick and easy to use. Simply add water and hit the power button. It’s nice to use on certain fabric that a conventional iron would ruin. For the listing price, it’s a really good deal!
