This steamer is amazing. I have had two other steamers before and this one is by far the best. 1) It heats up shockingly quickly 2) I love that you can turn the steam on and off. Because who wants steam shooting into their closet when you are going to grab another item of clothing to steam?! 3) It’s lightweight and very manageable 4) You don’t have to fill the water reservoir all the time because it’s big enough and you can turn the steam off when you aren’t using it 5) I love the mitt! It’s so helpful and lets you get even more wrinkles out 6) the cord is 6 feet long which is plenty long 7) You can turn the steamer sideways and there is no spitting of water, ever 8) It is so quiet! Like you can’t even hear that the water is boiling in there. Actually my biggest concern is that I am going to walk away from it and forget that it’s on! Love, love, love this thing ... show more

This product works great! Once filled, it heats quickly and provides plenty of steam to get the wrinkles out. It also comes with an ironing mitt/pad which is very useful. They also offer a "lifetime warranty" if you send them an email with your name and order ID. I'm happy with this purchase.

I had to replace my old hand held steamer and was looking for one similar. This one caught my attention for a few reasons. The heating time to steam and the ironing mitten that was included. Just used it today and it truely lives up to the advertising! Fast heating to steam and much more forceful steam which makes ironing MUCH faster with better results. And the ironing mitten was a game changer for me! I didn't scald myself ONCE!!! I would highly recommend this steamer iron! It's design is similar to my old one, which I like, and it's well made. Only one down side. The water reservoir is smaller than my old one and the powerful steam does require more refills but, it's a small inconvenience I can live with to achieve the results I want and the time I save. ... show more

It gets the water hot pretty quickly and the steam isn’t just a bit of moisture. It provides a real good amount of steam. I hung up my dress shirt that air dried but was still wrinkled and I watched as the creases came out as I applied the steam from this steamer.
