I was hesitant due to the price, but then I realized with all the cheap ones I have to keep replacing I was spending that from time to time anyway. The cooking utensils are nice looking, they feel sturdy and expensive and I am very pleased so far. I have opted not to wash them in the dishwasher but handwashing is easy as nothing sticks to them for long, not even dried on food. I have opted to treat the handles like I would my wooden cutting boards, wash them with soap water, and oil lightly from time to time.
