    • Worked 1970 Suzuki TC90
Worked to remove flywheel rotor on 1970 Suzuki TC90. The Suzuki flywheel removal tool is part number 09930-30113, it is expensive. The threads on the removal tool have to be L.H. on the collar part and R.H. on the push rod part for it to work. This tool has the M27 x 1.0 L.H. treads on the collar that screw onto the flywheel rotor counter-clockwise. After doing that, I put an adjustable wrench on the flats on the collar to keep the flywheel from spinning and then used a 17mm on the push rod nut clockwise, which pulled the flywheel off. I didn't need an impact wrench, the tool pulled the flywheel off easily with normal wrenches. I only had to use it the one time, but I recommend it for a Suzuki TC90, it's a pretty good deal. ... show more
