The media could not be loaded. As you can see in the video, the punching bag was a hit for my great-nephew and family even before it was fully assembled! In addition to a great product, ZTTENLLY was terrific to deal with! I realized within hours of placing the order that I had sent the package to my address by mistake. ZTTENLLY was so efficient that it had already shipped. They tried to change the address and when they couldn't, I tried. Amazon's delivery was too inflexible to correct it. So I reordered the punching bag and returned the original order. Since it was my error, I wanted to pay the shipping. ZTTENLLY tried to make that happen from their end. When they couldn't, they suggested, per Amazon, that I contact Amazon Customer Service. The system was such a maze that I finally gave up. So instead, I offer this review of a terrific company that listens and provides both a great product and best in class service. ... show more
