This is a great punching bag as long as you’re not a heavy weight or a professional boxer as the bag will move all over the place. We bought about five bags of playground sand and it only filled about halfway. It makes the bag challenging to move manually but it’s not heavy enough to prevent movement across the room while kicking and punching. Overall it does the job but if you pack a heavy punch you might want to consider a different bag or add a lot of sand! ... show more
