My pt showed me how to massage my MCL with one in her office and said I could use the edge of a butterknife. My silverware has weird designs so I figured I would try this. Just like the grasston tools in your PT's office, it has different edges and weights on different sides, if you know what's you're doing it can be very effective. Would reccomend 10/10. High quality. Comes in a nice case for storage or travel. Works to scrape sore muscles and adhesions but once I use an emollient it is hard to hold onto. No where to firmly grip. I’m using it. Will probably purchase something different.
