idle hands are the devil’s playground
Color: Red, Blue, Green, Gold, Silver
i got these to give my hands something to do besides pick at my cuticles. when i remember to have one or two on my person, they do an excellent job at that. the spikiness is pleasant to run up and down each finger. they can be a little snug, so i wouldn’t leave them in one spot too long. one did brea
k, but i was worrying it extra hard during therapy. it went right back together though. and there’s enough in the package to give several out to friends.

For finger and toe massage (not meant to be worn)
Color: Red, Blue, Green, Gold, Silver
Good value for money. These rings are as sturdy as they can be (in other words, you get 30 because you can expect to have some come apart). They come in a nice assortment of bright colors so as not to get lost, and they have no weird chemical smell like some uncoated competitor's rings do. HOW TO USE
: These hard, flexible metal rings are not meant to be worn like normal rings. They are for finger and toe massage using Sujok acupressure techniques on your meridians. To put it simply, you roll the rings up and down your fingers and toes, paying special attention to the larger joints. You get a pleasant, pinchy, spiky sensation when you do. It's not painful, though they could trigger a ticklish reaction until you get used to them. The rings definitely take your mind off whatever you were thinking about before you used them! If you leave the rings in place on fingers or toes for too long without rolling them, then they will start to cut off blood flow. Be careful if you have circulation problems. I'd also be wary of letting children or the elderly with cognitive issues use these rings unsupervised. The rings make my fingers and toes feel good both during and well after use, providing a legitimate quick, cheap massage. If you have aching fingers or toes, these could be helpful indeed. I just received mine, so I can't speak to any long-term benefits yet. However, I've used various other acupressure wearables (like Sea Bands) and devices (like hand massagers) to good effect for many years now, so I'm confident these little rings will prove similarly helpful. They're certainly the right price! NEGATIVES: Unfortunately, there are no instructions included, and I think that's where most of the negative reviews are coming from. People unfamiliar with acupressure don't know what to do with these rings and don't bother to read the reviews or do any research. UPDATE (June 26, 2023): Been a solid three weeks of daily use now on fingers only, often multiple times per day. Mostly used the same two rings over and over to test durability. I haven't had one break yet! Can't say for sure if I'd have the same result if I was also using them on my big toes as well (only tried that once). As far as finger results go, I'd say these are helping prevent stiffness and increase blood flow, and I enjoy using them. While these rings won't replace an electronic hand massager, they do complement it. That's because those massagers only do compression therapy vs. actual massage (which is what the rings are for).

Helpful, depending on your sensisivity level
Color: Red, Blue, Green, Gold, Silver
A staff member at my child's school recommended getting these for my child who struggles with anxiety. I think they're a great idea and when I first tried on on my own fingers, it felt soothing like a massage, getting the blood circulating more, but after a few times of using it, I started feeling li
ke it was too "spiky" and was more uncomfortable than soothing. My child, who also has sensory issues in addition to anxiety, felt the same way-liked them at first, but then decided they caused discomfort instead of being soothing. I suppose it just depends on your personal preferences, not necessarily anything wrong with the product itself. Also, if you twist the rings, the ends sometimes come detached from each other so it's no longer shaped like a ring. You can twist the ends back together, but it can sometimes be a little annoying to have to fix.

These rings are amazing and help with anxiety. It gives you something else to focus on. The fit is a little too big for my fingers but overall, they work great. It’s a good tool to use instead of nail biting

These are great fidget/sensory toys and you can make them into a necklace by tying a string through it so you don't lose it. I like the color variety and how they feel. These can be a great discreet sensory tool in case you or a friend or loved one need a grounding object in public but don't want it
to make noise.

I guess they’ll eventually stretch out, but the kids I had using these can’t get past how tight they are on their fingers. It hurts to fidget with them.

My mom wanted these rings since her fingers started aching and she saw a video where these could help so I bought them on a whim. They weren't that expensive, so I agreed. I took some since she didn't need that many and they really helped. Rolling them along my fingers felt nice and soothing to me. T
he thing about these rings is that you have to roll it along your fingers and not wear it. The ring does stretch so it will fit fingers and toes. It will constrict if you leave it on your finger for maybe 7-8 seconds. It's not pointy so it won't prick your fingers. It feels more like playing with a mini slinky toy, so it's not supposed to hurt. I've only had it for a few weeks and none broke yet so it's quite sturdy.

Great stim for neurodivergent and sensory excitabilities!
Color: Red, Blue, Green, Gold, Silver
First off, I didn't need nearly this many of these rings, but I have cats. As if that needs any further explaining, anything that skitters off of surfaces becomes a cat toy and ends up under the fridge. So I've kept five on reserve for me (in my car, backpack, purse, and stashed in the living room) a
nd just surrendered to the fact the rest now belong to the fuzzy beasts (hot tip: toss one in the tub and watch them go nuts, it's like a little skate park). That said, I love these rings. I got a couple in a variety pack of cheap fidget toys from China and these were about the only things worth anything. I'm AuDHD with a whole bunch of sensory excitabilities, but got diagnosed well into adulthood. I find it distasteful to sit in classes or meetings playing with something as a grown adult that looks like it was made for a toddler, so I was looking for stim toys that are unnoticeable and calm my anxiety. What I love about these rings is that they have the added benefit of stimulating all the acupressure points on your fingers, so I'm doing something healthy for myself as well. Note: Don't just stick these on one of your fingers and leave it there, then wonder why they're so tight. These rings are SUPPOSED to be rolled up and down over the joints and pressure meridians, and when you do that the tightness is just right.
