I love this balance board. I've been using it every day and I'm starting to feel a difference already. I was worried about it breaking but it's very strong and durable. It makes exercising fun for me and even my kids like using it to improve their balance.

The board, cork mat and the roll that came in the package all seem to be made of high quality materials and sturdy. It will take some practice learning how to balance on this, but looking forward to improving balance and core strength with this balance board. I’m new to these balance boards and really like this product a lot. My fiancé is worried that I will wipe out trying to learn how to balance on it but practice makes perfect I say!
