I love this facial tanning spray 😊 it gives a nice subtle freshly sunkissed look that is completely buildable! Also I don’t have a great nose but I’m well versed in the smell of fake tan so I tend to pick it up even at the slightest hint. This spray smells great going on & I never get an after-fake tan smell I’ve tried it a few different ways & it always turns out almost perfect regardless but based off my skincare routine/products this is my preferred application which might help you too… I wash my face, dry, apply my retinol serum & let dry for a minute or two then I spray my face with this tanning spray which the hyaluronic acid makes this spray slightly moisturizing to even out the drying of the retinol. It’s not fully necessary (I’ve 100% just sprayed & go fine) but I like letting it dry naturally for a minute then take a kabuki brush to blot in especially around the edges of face, near ears, eyes, nose, jawline, neck this will just ensure a always seamless looking end result. Then if I have time I let this dry/settle as long as possible before applying my beef tallow balm to finish out the routine. If I used a cream vs balm I wouldn’t wait nearly as long to finish my face routine but if you know beef tallow then you probably understand since it’s a balm it’s gotta warm a bit to move smoothly across the skin so I never want to accidentally create splotchy patches based on user error with my chosen products ... show more

This stuff is awesome. I was worried it would look fake. But it's pretty natural. Don't spray too much as it comes out so light that you want to spray a whole bunch. But the first time I used it I sprayed probably 8 sprays. And it was too wet that it got in my eyes slightly and burned. So the 2nd time I used I didn't go crazy with the spray. Prob 4-5 instead. I did see a tip to also spray from above and down to hit the top of your forehead as well. Not just out front misting your face as it kinda just hits your nose and cheeks that way. So move it side to side and also from above pointing down. I will be buying more. But since it's such a fine mist I bet this little bottle last forever. This picture is the morning after I used it the second time. Just looks like I got a little sun yesterday. Love it!! ... show more

The product/brand is still great! I used it back in the 1980's! Loved it!! I fully recommend St. Tropez still today!! Now, I'm 70 and use a lighter color but, it's still great! It makes my skin feel so good and doesn't stain or run.

I love the color, but not for me. It breaks my skin out in tiny little bumps all over my face. I got my first (painful) whitehead I’ve had in ages from this product. I’ll stick to tanning drops next time. I’ve also found the bronzer doesn’t stick around long. It seems to all entirely come off every time I wash my face, and then I have to reapply. Again, tanning drops solved this issue for me before. ... show more

I have tried using various self tanners on my face and I always get painful pimples. Not only that, the color always looks silly. This product is awesome! I have used it for the last week and I have not gotten a single blemish. The smell is definitely fragranced, which I normally do not like and always worry about irritation. I did not have any irritation with this product. I sprayed a bunch all over my face, neck and chest and in the morning my face is a nice even tan.
