I do woodworking and have been using these in my shop and enjoy them quite a bit. Never really realized all the low frequency noises that were in the shop. The heat with the big fan, the dust collector, the air filter. All of these product quite a bit of low frequency noise. The general machine noises are reduced more than enough to be comfortable in the shop. The planer which is quite loud is one of the few machines that is right on the edge of the headphones abilities. On top of the noise cancellation I use the bluetooth off my computer to connect to the headphones to listen to music and podcasts. My shop is 2600sf (approx 50x53) and I have no drop outs. The sound quality is more than good enough, could be a bit louder but it does good enough. Never have to worry about them running down with the 50 hours of battery. Just recently I used my 2nd pair when I had to use my snowblower and they were actually a bit to good. Between the ANC and the music I had a hard time hearing what the engine was doing and several times I needed to lift one cup off an ear to hear the machine. Nice to be able to enjoy myself while clearing the snow. Very happy with these. I rarely ever give out a 5 star review. But between the price and how they work it's one of the few times a product deserves it. I've had them for a little over 2 months so I can't say much about longevity. But for now I'm enjoying having a pair at the shop and at home. ... show more

I just got these phone to replace my old Bose QC2s whose battery leaked and rubber earpieces fell apart. I think the sound is very good as is the noise blanking. It was also easy to pair the bluetooth with my phone. I also tried the wired sound and it was also good (with wired, you use the source volume control, not the buttons, but the noise blanking worked well). My only two complaints are relate to the buttons: First, it is difficult to feel the difference among the buttons when you are wearing the phones, so it is easy to push the wrong one. But in addition, it is not quite obvious (from the instructions either) how to turn the bluetooth on and off vs set it into pairing mode. The phones actual speak some of the command you are entering, but because of my first complaint, I often have the phones off to find the right button. ================================ Note after using them on a long trip: I can find the buttons better with experience. I also found that on a plane that actually supported bluetooth audio, it was very easy to pair these to the plane. I'm still not 100% sure I know everything about the bluetooth power/pair button, but it is usable, and for the price, I like them very much. (I have not tried the microphone with a phone yet, but that's not what I got it for). ... show more

I saw someone using these headphones while at a coffee shop and asked them about it. They gave me rave reviews and shortly after I purchased them from Amazon. I have never purchased a pair of noise cancelling headphones and have generally avoided them because I don't care for the pressure that over the ear headphones put on my head. For my first pair, investing in one of the well known brands such as Bose was too large of an investment for something I wasn't sure I was going to like. Fast forward to making my purchase of the Srythm headphones and I am SO happy I made my purchase. I have now used these on two out of state trips, in coffee shops, walking around museums, walking around Washington D.C. and on train rides to and from San Francisco. About a month after I had my pair something happened and the power button got stuck and I could not unstick it no matter what. I tried everything and finally emailed the company and their response was amazing. Not only did they try and help me troubleshoot what was wrong, but once we determined the button, unfortunately, could not be fixed - they sent me a new pair free of charge! I mean wow!! Also, the timing was perfect because I was about to leave on a plane for a business trip and was worried I'd have to revert back to my old earbud headphones instead of my new, comfy over ear ones. PROS: -Comfortable fit -Great sound quality - very clear -fold up flat and comes with storage case -easy to charge with included charger -easy to control volume on right hand side -Noise cancelling button WORKS WELL!!! I don't know how these compare to Bose, for instance, but after using these on planes I can say, for what I consider a budget over ear headphone, I think these are a GREAT QUALITY. They effectively blocked out the airplane jet noise and allowed me to comfortably sit through 6 different flights over the past month. CONS: -At higher volumes the sound leaking from the headphones that others can hear is more than I would prefer. But I don't need to turn these up super loud for good sound quality. -Again, not sure how these compare to other brands, but I could see where the noise cancellation could be better. But for the price, I'm very happy with the ANC qualities. -Not sure what happened, but too bad the power button on my first pair broke as this was the only thing wrong with them, but a very important thing -- but the company resolved the issue for me quickly and very kindly. All in all an amazing pair of headphones that I now take with me everywhere. Also, my mom saw me using them, tried them out, and decided she wanted a pair of her own. One of my best Amazon purchases this year! If you are dipping your toes into the over the ear headphone scene, start with this pair -- they work great! ... show more

    • Comfortable and Good for Price! Sound Leakage is an issue

These are much more comfortable than most reviews say! This is coming from a college student (who wears these for 6-8+ hours at a time) with glasses and multiple piercings. I was worried about the comfort level since my AirPod Pros were not comfortable for long term wear. The sound quality is much better than expected for the price as well. Some reviews complain the buttons are hard to tell which is which, but if you know the order of buttons it's easy to feel around since they're close together. They're pretty cute and light weight as well. The battery life is pretty good! The only complaints I have is that the sound leakage is pretty significant, I never turn them up beyond half volume in public. So, if you're the type of person that loves loud music in public spaces, these are not the headphones for you. If you turn them up, I would say at minimum 65% volume, others can hear pretty much word for word what you're listening to. Another complaint, the robot voice who says power on is kinda jarring. Especially when it auto connects to multiple devices and it randomly starts freaking out saying Power ON Power OFF Power ON. All in all, I would buy these again and definitely would recommend them to others. ... show more
