This Is The Best Vegetable Peeler I've Ever Used. First Rate Construction and easy to grip. The blade is Super Sharp and does a Great Job. My only criticism is there weren't any instructions on how to take the blade guard off of the blade. Sounds dumb, doesn't it? With the guard being clear plastic I had to take an assessment of just exactly what I needed to do to remove it. . . . Safely. Once I established how it was affixed to the blade, it came right off. I'm old enough to know that this is the kind of thing where I could end up cutting myself easily. It seems so simple but then, OUCH. All in All, I'm Very Happy I bought this and doubt that I would ever buy a different one if the need arises. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you give it a go. Best Regards, Russ ... show more

I am so impressed with the quality of this peeler considering the price! It peels so so easily and makes cooking so much easier. I am already sad to think it will get duller over time, though for the last few months it has stayed sharp even with consistent use.

Glad I bought this peeler. Very comfortable in your hand. It even peels the perfect parmesan cheese for caesar salads. I've read reviews that it rusts, but I've had it almost a year now and no signs of rust.

I have looked for this product forever. I hate vegetable peelers that you have to go over and over the peel. This takes the skin off of butternut squash on the first try.
