Don't expect the rack to feel like a commercial gym grade rack, but it's solid. The pully system is smooth, the rack can hold fairly heavy weight (400ish pounds) without feeling unsafe, and the size is great. It's a little small to squat on the inside of the rack but it's doable and it fits well in a garage. There are a couple of downsides, but I got it on sale for $320. At that price, I can easily overlook the flaws. The bar holder blocks the bottom right weight tree, but you can just choose to not install the bar holder and that problem is solved. The pully system is also in your face if you squat inside the rack, but again, not the biggest deal. The pull-up bar has a really narrow grip but it still functions fine. ... show more

The power rack is a sturdy and easy-to-use products for the following reasons: - SPORTS ROYALS has a clear installation video with detailed assembly instructions to guide you through the whole process - You don't need the eletronic screw driver but your hands to tighten each part of the power rack - the poducts include nearly every accessories you may need for workouts (e.g., safe rod with handle and J-hooks) I personally tried my squad at 100 lbs and bench press at 60lbs, and the rack can really hold it!! ... show more

Perfect for a home gym at affordable cost. Reading other comments, one saying took 7 hours and one saying it took 12 hours to assemble and directions not very clear, say what? I assembled mine by myself in 2.5hours. Went together very smooth. Directions spot on.

The cage is great. We love it. The cage is so versatile and useful for many excercises. Well worth the price. The only complain is the instructions and the time it took to build it. It took both of us 12 hours to assemble it and the instructions were not complete and clear. We used and followed both an assembly video and the small instruction leaflet. Between both we figured it out but there were parts that were not clear and incomplete. We got lucky and figured it out. Loved going to the gym but it was getting pricey with gas prices and we were driving 30min round trip each day to go to the gym. Husband and son put this together 1 hour and 15 mins going by the directions. Ordered this and it came in sooner than expected which was great!! Overall for the price this isn’t a bad piece of equipment, if you are using it for squats be aware that the entire pulley system is right in your face. Also, the barbell storage makes it hard to store full size plates on the one sides lower plate storage. Pros, it seems to be pretty sturdy and not having a lot of space having the option for some extra attachments without needing extra piece of equipment is a nice option(just wish they would have put the pulleys in a different location). It does have plenty of storage for weights and it’s nice that you can use different sizes of plates(center hole) and it’s not just for Olympic plates, I’ll be using some of the storage for some old weights I had kicking around for doing lat pull downs, etc… The instructions weren’t bad for assembly either and all of the pieces were separated out into individual steps so you knew what hardware you needed. Overall, the absolutely most annoying thing is that pulley system being right in the way of using the inside portion of the rack for squatting, everything else I’m very happy with. ... show more
