I tried to do some plunge routing with this bit and it was impossible to keep it centered. First the bit fit much looser than my other 1/4" router bits. It had a wobble in the router. I tried sitting it deeper in the router, but still got the same results. It bounced about and tore chunks out of my project, ruining the work I had already spent over an hour on. This bit cuts like through 3/8” plywood like butter, and leaves a clean edge. I bought this with the hope that it could replace a jig-saw for most of my needs, and I think it will.

    • Makes Clean fast cuts
So far I've used this bit with a CNC machine cutting only light wood, but it makes clean fast cuts. The Up Cut function of the bit does keep wood moving out of the fresh cut area. Would buy again, Would Recommend!
