I ordered the fat tire 26"e bike for my 11 year old sin who is big for his age and this bike is huge. I ordered it wensday morning at 9am from nj it came in less than 48 hours FedEx. This bike maxes out at 24mph and is so comfortable. It took a half hour to put together so easy. He put 25miles on it in a few hours with 3 bars left on the battery and that's all hills in north jersey. As of now this seller is fast and this bike is a beast. I took a chance purchasing this bike, saw several venders selling the same bike with different brand names so was a little hesitant. This will be an initial review. The set up was easy, you just need to install the handle bars, front tire, front fender, seat and front rack if you choose to add it, I left it out for now. It comes with all the necessary tools. You also have to install front and rear reflectors, a bell and front headlight. I was initially going to purchase a $1,800 e-bike but there is not a huge difference in features and performance versus this one. The only thing I can think of is long term usage and how it holds up versus the more expensive bikes. The plus is most of the components can easily be replaced with parts you can find locally, tire size, seat, and you can probably get parts on ebay for less. Looks just like the pictures, everything that it shows comes with the bike. Took it for an initial 1 mile test drive, pedal assist works good, you have to set the pedal assist to use the throttle. Didn't measure speed but it's fast, at least the 20mph it states. I purchased it to have as a vehicle back up, I live 3 miles from work and everything else is within 5 miles. Gas and car shortages made me think about an alternative method of transportation, not much public transportation where I live. Will try to update on actual speed and range later. No regrets buying it, looks and feels like a solid bike. With care it should last a while. Just wish I knew where to get a spare battery. Thanks. 7/10/21 quick update, rode it today for 12.7 miles, top speed with throttle 20.25 mph. I used it on pedal assist 2 all the way, used it to get me going then used throttle most of the way. At the end of my run I was showing 3 bars, but when I used full throttle at the end it dropped to 2 bars then back up to 3 after slowing down. I feel confident it will get me 20 mile easy with moderate throttle and some pedal assist. I probably won't update again unless I have any major issues. I feel good about this purchase and feel it will come in handy to use as an alternative method of transportation. Update, 7/27/21. I purchased an extra battery from ebay, Reention makes compatible batteries. Just make sure the voltage and size dimensions match. The bike is still running great, I drive within 10 miles with mostly moderate throttle and at most use half of the battery. So far so good. Thank you. ... show more

I bought this for a trip, but waited too long that it was supposed to come 3 days after we left. To my surprise, it came the night before! It took no time to put together with the help of my teenage son. Extra hands are helpful. Instructions are simple but a challenge when impatient. I've put on 50 miles in a couple weeks towing 200 lbs in a trailer behind it. Even up hills are impressive. Seat, grips, and suspension are comfortable enough. I've read so many reviews before buying, watched every single YouTube video on it, and I will tell you that you will be happy that you took the chance at it. Headlight is bright, tires are great, but brakes could be a little better for heavy use like I have been putting it through, yet never failed me. ... show more

Fairly easy to put together. Gets me to and from work in 10 minutes as opposed to a 20 minute normal bike ride or a 60 minute walk. Brakes are a bit slow and mine came with a headlight that doesn't function, but other than that it's a pretty great bike! Would reccomend for people who need something they can use to commute. Not sure how it handles on rough terrain because I only ride on sidewalks and streets, but I can say it's pretty reliable for those kinds of trips. The gears kinda of make a click clack sound sometimes when I'm riding at max speed which is a little concerning but it hasn't actually posted any issues yet. Never buy a thing from them, they are will just ignore you like you dont exist. On the verge of suing them. Bought 2 bikes from the same seller the same exact bikes, mind you the cost of bikes were n't cheap as it is now. One I bought in March at $900 other on May at $800. I do still have 1 year warranty on both of my bikes. Fist on one of my bike, it all got rusted the chains, the metal brake everything, within less than a month. I contacted seller that I have been facing this issue, they said ohh just put some oil or may be paint it. I did bought some oil on amazon and tried to work it out but wasnt successful. So i wrote a review showing pictures of my bike and finally they responded. They offered me to take give a full refund and take bike since it was less than a month. I said okay and waited for them to reply their email. after few days they said they cant take the bike but can give refund of $300 for the damage. I agreed on that and said okay.They even asked to delete the amazon review. Later on November, I again faced problem with the bike. My battery stopped working so i emailed the company speedrid stating my problems. They said not to worry and will help me out. They sent me a new battery, the battery worked but again there was e07 error, i informed them again they said it was a problem with motor. They sent me rear wheel but it still not working. I asked them if they could send me the connector between battery and the motor, assumed it could solve the problem, They told me they have informed seller and the price of battery and wheel is more than the price of bike and they are in neg business or something. and they stopped emailing. I was so pissed since i go classes on my bike. If i have a warranty on a product, hows that negative business my problem? until and unless my issues are resolved they should be the one contacting me. I even the mailed seller stating everything and since its my only means of travel that they could send me another bike and i will pay half of the price. But noones is replying and i am already annoyed enough to wait. Its been 3 months i am going through. The one bike i am facing problem is the one i bought on May. ... show more
