This is a cool incense burner. It's very pretty. You use backflow incense cones and the smoke travels down like a waterfall. This does work as described but if there is ANY air movement it just blows the smoke everywhere. So even if you walk by it or breathe too hard it disrupts the smoke flow. The smell of the incense is strong. Each cone only lasts about 15 to 20 minutes. It comes with tweezers and a mat to set it on. I did not like that the cones were all in a bag, so they all smell the same. I think they should package those separately. ... show more

The stand itself is very pretty so it gets a 3 just for the look. I got this for my meditation time and was looking forward to watching the waterfall of smoke. Well that didn't happen. By the time the smoke makes it down the hole in the cone, it is half burnt. They burn maybe 5 minutes and smell horrible. As you can see by the bag, I got almost all brown. Definitely not 'upgraded' cones. The smell is shades of 1970 highschool parties. Eek! So now I need to find some better quality cones for sure. Also, the top is uneven so the cone is a bit unsteady. I am going to set it on a glass candle plate in case a cone falls off. Fire hazard. Glad I got it on sale or it would be going back. I wouldn't buy it again. :( ... show more

Purchased for my mom for her 74th Bday. She love stuff like this, HOWEVER when she opened it, most of the cones were smashed to dust and the others were a awful sent, all yellow were left about 12 to 15. When she lit it and placed the cone on top as per instructions, nothing,..... I mean nothing came down no "waterfall" effect, nothing. When I got to looking as to why, well..... The CONE should set on top of the HOLE that is in the glass to I assume, flow downward waterfall effect. Well... YEAH.... NO HOLE!!! You can see where it appears where it should be.... However it was dented and slightly had a hole, however due to poor production it didn't get cut completely, well my mom thought if she pushed the tip of her small scissors maybe it would pop it as it should have been..... NOPE! I heard her screaming from across the house, I came running and she was holding her hand bleeding pretty badly. Turned out because my mom had already had a hot cone at the top burning a little bit, it heated the glass up and when she moved the cone and put the cold tip from her scissors into where the hole should have been.... The glass made a loud POPPED sound and part of it went one way while the other went another and my mom's natural reaction was to catch it. Problem was she caught the hot jagged part... Not the cool bottom half. What a nightmare, 11 stitches later, a long ER Visit.... First thing when we walked in door was my mom threw that junk away and went to her room. I told her I would send it back, she told me don't bother my b'day present I will give u the money back.... It's going where it needs to be... Garbage! Happy BIRTHDAY Momma... 😔😢 ... show more

I really don't know how to rate this order on a whole, the burner was fascinating, if your goal in purchasing this item was visual. It's mesmerizing to watch how it naturally channels the smoke up the channels, if the smoke was colored it would even be better. But if the purpose of purchasing this product was to get a pleasant fragrant incense to burn for the wonderful smell throughout your room....? Well.... Half satisfied, the burner is more than I expected, it's like watching a smoke fountain, and can be quite relaxing to watch. But, ,my 1st clue I was going to be extremely disappointed... Seeing over 100 triangle shaped colorful incense, that each color was it's own distinct fragrance, all bagged together in one bag! BUT, what SHOCKED ME MOST.... I certainly expected to experience at LEAST, a fragrance as I cut Open the bag of " fragrant INCENSE"?! At least All the described smell's, mingled together? ABSOLUTELY, NO SMELL AT ALL! Honestly, I even wondered if maybe I had Covid, effecting my smell. Asked other's, Healthy people, and... NO, NOTTA,... NAH,.... NOTHING! But... Yes, it's nice to watch as the smoke swirrels though the misty looking fountain channels, EVEN burning, there isn't a detectable smell, fragrance, .. oder. So if you purchase for the visual effect, Great ! But, if you, like myself, purchased with anticipation the wonderful different fragrances you would smell throughout your rooms,.. Well,...
