I've tried 2 smudge sticks and the cedar stick (which is basically a chunk of wood) and none of them burn. I bought a torch lighter and it won't light. I tried loosening the contents so more oxygen could reach between the pieces and it didn't work. There are big sticks in the middle but not on the outside, so it seems like they made it look like you are getting what you paid for. Great idea with how it's sold, poorly executed. The best business practice would be to sell a good product so people keep coming back- that's a suggestion to this company. ... show more
