    • I don't think I like the smell of insence.
I got these in hopes that they would smell better than the random bag of cones I got with my cool insense burner. My husband got it for me for Christmas but I hardly use it because I don't like the smells. So I figured that Amazon would come to my rescue yet again. I was excited to try them but when I got them and put them on, they all smelled the same to me. I have no clue what scents I don't like as the bag that was give with my holder had no labels what so ever but I know a few of them made me want to gag. These weren't as bad but still not pleasant. The packaging is fantastic. It's neatly gift wrapped with a nice bowl, and the back flow incenses are vibrantly bold and colorful. When I burned it, certain ones don't burn right, and others do. The smell reminds me of incense that are burned at a Buddhist temple. I've used other back flow incenses. This one is less strong in scent, but it still stink. It gets worse when the smell of it lingers in the room. It took me 4 days to get rid of the smell in my room. I had to air out my room, wash anything that had that smell, and used a charcoal air purifier. I'd use it once in a while. ... show more

    • No scent, fast burning, not impressed.
Bought these b/c we went to a Renaissance Faire and needed a back flow incense and these came recommended. The back flow portion works but out of the 12 scents, we only smelled 1 (and that's between everyone who smelled them). Once lit, they all had the same exact smell, burning sawdust or lit punks from 4th of July. The only positive of this is that the down flow seems to work well from the ones we've done so far. They were fast burning as well so the incense didn't burn long but the smell definitely lingered for days. Just glad the smoke detectors didn't get triggered. ... show more
